Rates History Application
Ordering a Rate history
When you require more than two years of property rate information, a Rate History is provided. This includes rates and charges, and if you require valuation data, please tick yes when completing the online form.
If you require additional information such as rate payments, please add this in the field provided when completing the online form.
Please be aware: A rate history will only be provided for the period of ownership^.
If you are requesting this information on behalf of a property owner, we require written authorisation confirming your representation. Acceptable written authorisation includes a Power of Attorney, the front page of the Will if you are an Executor, or a Grant of Probate. Please attach your authorisation document at the conclusion of the Rate history application.
Fee structure: $55 under 10 years; $105 for over 10 years. If you require histories for multiple properties, please complete the application for each.

Once you have completed your application, please allow up to 10 business days for your application to be processed.
