System upgrade and temporary service disruptions

We are excited to be transitioning to a new and improved system to better serve you. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience with more reliable and efficient services. During this transition period, there may be temporary delays to our application processes and changes to payment options for a short period of time.  

This upgrade currently only impacts our Community Safety related applications and payments for:

  • All Local Laws permits
  • Excess Animal Permits
  • Domestic Animal Permits
  • Short Stay Rental Applications and Renewals
  • Commercial Activities on Footpaths (with and without liquor)

Key information

  • The transition to the new system will take place from Thursday 19th June
  • From 5pm Thursday 19 June, residents will be unable to make payments for any of these applications or renewals at customer service locations or online via our website.
  • During the transition period applications cannot be lodged through our website.
  • The new system will be live to accept new applications from 24 June onwards and payments can be made via the website or in customer service locations.
