What is a Local Connection Point?
Your Local Connection Points are part of an ongoing initiative to expand face-to-face customer service in our smaller townships. The aim of these sites is to make engaging with us easier, whilst offering localised services for those who cannot visit our main offices.
Do I need to make a booking?
There’s no need to make a booking — just drop by between 1pm and 4:30pm to speak with a planner, free of charge. Please note that during busy periods, there may be a short wait to speak with a member of the team.
Please note that while this service is free of charge, more complex enquiries may be better suited to our "Pre-Application Service", which attracts a fee and includes written planning advice. Learn more about our Pre-Application Service here.
Statutory Planning Sessions at Sorrento
Planners are available one Friday a month at Your Local Connection Point inside Sorrento Community Centre. You can now drop-in for a face-to-face meeting with our Mornington Peninsula Shire Planning team to discuss general planning information and enquiries.
