Sleep and settling support
Is your baby struggling to settle for naps and at night time? While it’s completely normal for babies to wake up in the night, it can be draining on the whole family. Our experienced Maternal and Child Health nurses are great to chat to about how to give your family the best chance of a good night’s sleep. You can talk to our nurses at your child’s regular check ups, or you can book an extra appointment to talk about sleep if you would like more time to discuss this important topic.
Home visits
Some babies and parents need a bit of extra support. Did you know that our nurses can visit you at home? Home visits vary depending on each family’s needs, but can include talking about sleep, looking at baby’s sleep environment and showing you different settling techniques to try with your baby.

Sleep and settling support at Early Parenting Centres
There are a few Early Parenting Centres outside the Mornington Peninsula that offer free, specialist support for Victorian families with children aged 0 to 4 years. These centres support parents with specialised services, guidance and education in areas such as sleep and settling, child behaviour, child learning and development, and parent and child health and wellbeing.
