Regular Hire EOI

Expressions of Interest Now Open: Regular Venue Hire in 2026/27

Who Should Apply?

  • Current Hirers – Please use this process to submit your regular booking requests for the 2026/27 financial year.
  • New Regular Hirers – We welcome Expressions of Interest from new regular hirers through this process.

Please take your time when completing your application, as submissions will not be assessed until the EOI period has closed. 

All applications will be assessed in line with the Community Facility Hire Policy. Further details about the process, assessment criteria, and fees and charges can be found in the Regular Hire EOI Application Package(PDF, 187KB)

  • A few regular hire slots have opened up at Mt Eliza Community Hall —interested? We’d love to hear from you!
  • Hastings Hall is set to reopen again after renovations from 1st July 2026.

How to Apply

All applicants must:

  • Apply via the Customer Booking Portal (before 26 October 2025)
  • Include all required documentation (i.e. Public Liability Insurance)
  • Complete Booking Checklist
  • Read and agree to the Conditions of Hire.

Our online booking portal is designed to make the process as smooth as possible—you can check venue availability, view your bookings, pay invoices, and upload all the necessary information in one convenient place. 

If you are an existing regular hirer, please follow the Regular Hire Instructional Video to guide you through the application process. 

For new applicants, please ensure you first create a Bookable customer account by following the Create an Account Instructional Video, before proceeding with the Regular Hire Instructional Video to guide you.

The Shire will notify all applicants of the outcome of their application in November 2025

Casual venue bookings for the period 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027 will be open once regular hire arrangements have been finalised.
