Help us improve how we communicate, engage, and deliver services to the community. 

The Shire is excited to launch a series of Service Review Focus Groups, to gather insights from residents and rate payers about their experiences with our services. Your input is vital in shaping the way we serve our community. 

Participation in these forums will help us understand your needs and experiences, enhance customer service, and make it easier to access information and participate in community engagement. 

We are keen meeting with the following community groups to kickstart this series.  

  1. Members of the community 60+
    Wednesday 2 April, 1pm

  2. Young families with children under 18
    Thursday 3 April, 6pm - 7pm
    Online via Microsoft Teams

  3. Commuting outside the Peninsula for work
    Friday 4 April, 6pm - 7pm

  4. Local business owners
    Monday 7 April 6pm - 7pm

  5. Holiday homeowners / regular visitors to the Peninsula
    Tuesday 8 April, 6pm - 7pm

  6. Community members who have experienced hardship and need extra Council support
