Are you tired of throwing away items that could be fixed with a little bit of repair? Do you like reducing waste and embracing sustainability? There are many ways that you can fix your precious items on the Peninsula. Repair Cafes
There are three Repair Cafes on the Mornington Peninsula.
Based on the movement that started in the Netherlands, each Repair Cafe hold monthly repair sessions where volunteer fixers show you how to fix your broken or torn things for a small donation. They have fixed chainsaws, clocks, heaters, sharpened secateurs and raised hems. Visit the friendly volunteers to learn how you can repair your broken items and give them a new life.
If you'd like to join any of them as a volunteer, or would like more information, get in touch!
