On the Mornington Peninsula there are some great places to fish, but there can also be some extra hazards especially on our ocean beaches.

Rock fishing safety – Rock fishing is popular in Australia, thanks to our beautiful beaches and scenic coastline. However, it can be a dangerous sport if you're not well prepared.

Be smart when snorkelling – Snorkelling is a great way to explore our wonderful underwater world and, if you’re lucky, collect something for dinner.

Be Shark Smart in Victoria – Sharks are a natural part of a healthy marine and estuarine environments. When people enter these environments to surf, swim, fish, dive or snorkel they are entering the shark's natural environment.
