Making small, regular payments can help reduce penalty interest when rates are not paid in full by 30 June 2026; a formal payment plan is not necessary to make these payments.

Financial hardship
Ratepayers experiencing financial hardship can complete our online application by clicking on the below link. We will review your application and be in touch to discuss.
Alternatively, you could contact our Debt Management Team on 5950 1080 to discuss your circumstances and an application form will be sent where applicable.
Please be aware that financial hardship consideration is only available to owner occupiers, or to tenants who are responsible for the rates, where the property is their primary residence and who have the appropriate authority from the owner (there is an authority form).
