Use the map below to find if your property is flood prone. You can search for your address with the magnifying glass. Flood prone area is represented in dark blue (Regulation 153 of Building Regulations 2018) and light blue (Regulation 154 of Building Regulations 2018).

If your property is identified as flood prone, you will need to submit an application to have your building proposal assessed.
