Rates rebates, concessions and applications

Conservation Land Rate

The Shire offers a discounted Conservation Land Rate to eligible properties to encourage best practice conservation land management.

Trust for Nature Rate

The Shire offers a Trust for Nature Rate to land owners who have placed a 'Trust for Nature Conservation Covenant' on their property. This rate acknowledges the long-term commitment of these land owners to protecting biodiversity on their land.

Heritage Rate Rebates

The Shire offers rate rebates for owners of heritage places who undertake specific work to conserve the heritage value of their properties.

Pension Rates Concessions

The Municipal Rates Concession provides a 50 per cent discount off council rates up to a yearly maximum of $253.20 2022/2023
