Foreshore Camping Cancellation Policies

Casual bookings:

This policy applies to all bookings made on or after 1 August.

• All requests for cancellation or amendment must be received in writing by the site holder.
• Cancellation or amendment requests received more than two weeks prior to arrival date are eligible for a refund less the $23.10 administration fee.
• No refund applies to bookings cancelled or amended within two weeks of arrival.
  
  

Annual, peak ballot and EOI bookings:

Cancellations

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the site holder.
• Cancelling a pre-booked annual site will forfeit the option to renew the site in future.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date will receive a refund minus a $23.10 administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

Amendments

• Bookings for Peak Season cannot be shortened.
• Any changes made to your booking will impact future bookings.
• Requests must be submitted in writing by the site holder.
• If you shorten a Pre-Peak or Post-Peak Package (Rosebud & McCrae only), your rate may be adjusted to the standard weekly rate.
• Amendment requests are due prior to:
  Pre peak: Friday 18 July 2025
  Post Peak: Friday 24 October 2025
• Amendment requests received after the due date will incur a $23.10 administration fee.
• No refunds will be issued for early departures.
