TAC L2P Program
The TAC L2P Program has been developed to support young learner drivers who face barriers to attaining the 120 hours of on road experience required to graduate to a probationary licence. The program provides eligible learner drivers access to a car, and a mentor driver to supervise their driving hours.
To be eligible to join the L2P program, the young person must:
- be between 16 and 20 years of age;
- have a current learner’s permit;
- NOT have access to a supervising driver, and/or;
- NOT have access to a vehicle.
