What is Youth Mental Health First Aid
- Assists adults to help young people who are developing a mental illness or during a crisis.
- Supports them until they receive professional help.

Eligibility criteria
We offer mental health first aid training to anyone who:
- works
- volunteers
- cares for young people on the Mornington Peninsula.
Upcoming courses
We will be offering three 'Blended' courses this year. These courses consist of an online eLearning component (approx. four hours at home) followed by a face-to-face session with our accredited and licenced MHFA instructors. eLearning to be completed prior to attending face to face.

Tuesday 2, 9 & 16 September 2025

Training includes an eLearning component (approx. four hours) followed by face-to-face with our accredited MHFA Instructors.
Cost
$120 per person
Price is inclusive of e-voucher, hard copy book and licensed instructors.
