Water Authorities

South East Water (SEW) is the water retailer for the Mornington Peninsula Shire and also handle all mains sewerage. Contact them on 131 694

Melbourne Water own some waterways and assets on the peninsula and can be contacted on 131 722. 

United Energy

United Energy supply power to the Mornington Peninsula Shire and can be contacted for general enquiries on 1300 131 689 or for faults and emergencies 132 099.

United Energy is not your energy retailer, who is responsible for sending your electricity bills. You will need to talk to contact them directly to discuss and billing or plan concerns. 

Road Authorities

Many of our roads are managed by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, any concerns can be directed to our Customer Support team on 1300 850 600. All non-urgent issues can be logged online via Report a problem

VicRoads also manages our State Arterial, non-arterial State and Peninsula Link roads.  They can be contacted on 13 11 70.
