Play The Adaptation Game

How prepared are you for climate change? Play ‘The Adaptation Game’ and find out.

Mornington Peninsula Shire are thrilled to offer you, our community, the chance to play TAG.

TAG is a playful workshop that connects residents and helps you prepare to be more resilient to extreme weather events such as heatwaves, floods and storms that climate change will bring.

TAG is based on real science about how climate change will affect the Mornington Peninsula.

You get to play out real-world scenarios and decide on how you will prepare and protect your home, family, community, and environment. No act is too small, no idea is too big.

Come for the game, stay for the connections, and learn how you can make a meaningful contribution to your community’s resilience.

TAG is a cooperative game where all the players work together, so you don’t have to be ‘good at games’. You will play with three other people, and there will be a facilitator running your game, making it as easy as possible for you.

Who should play?

This game is suited to people aged 16+ who are interested in learning more about climate risks on the Mornington Peninsula and what actions you can take to be more resilient.

If you’re interested in playing TAG, register your expression of interest. You’ll receive updates as more details become available.

Check if there's an upcoming game happening in your area at Sustainability Workshops

We have copies of the game available to play – if you would like to host, play, or know more fill out the expression of interest form.
