Grandparents Playgroup
Grandparents and grandchildren are invited to join our weekly Supported Playgroup at The Briars, where nature-inspired fun brings generations together. Each session includes activities like bush walks, bird watching, scavenger hunts, and even making mud cakes - designed to spark creativity, strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.
Our team has loved seeing the smiles, laughter, and sense of community these sessions bring. And the magic continues! Thanks to the Shire’s Positive Ageing initiative, the Free Grandparents Supported Playgroup will return in 2026.
When: Thursdays, 10:00–11:30 AM (starting in March)
Where: The Briars
