RFT2025-0013 - Builders Panel

Mornington Peninsula Shire invites registered builders to tender to join our Builders Panel. The Builders Panel is aimed to be developed to include both traditional and modular/prefabricated building companies assist the Shire with undertaking building projects up to the value of $1million.

The Shire is responsible for various community buildings including early years facilities, sporting pavilions, heritage buildings, public toilets, portables as well shade structures and having a prequalified list of experienced builders on a panel will create great efficiencies in how the Shire undertakes projects to renew or construct these types of facilities.

Closing date and time: Wednesday 18 June 2025 at 3:00pm.

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement system and in accordance with the requirements stated in the tender document. Please only provide documentation relevant to the tender submission.
