CN2766 - The Briars Village Reimagined

Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (MPSC) invites suppliers to provide submissions for CN2766 The Briars Village Reimagined.

The Briars occupies an enviable location on the Nepean Highway, an easy 1-hour drive from the Melbourne CBD. Over 200,000 people visit the Briars every year.

The Village, which includes the restaurant, will transform into a farm-to-fork restaurant. The heritage stables could become breweries, distilleries or sites for another heritage trades, while plots leased by growers will produce food for the eateries and the market. Finally, the caretaker’s cottage could be upgraded to provide a beautiful accommodation option.
