Mornington Peninsula Shire is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants or consortiums to develop a new Open Space Strategy for the municipality. The purpose of the Strategy is to guide the future planning, provision, design and management of existing and future open space for a 15-year period up until 2040.
