Register to attend a Council Meeting

To help maintain a safe, secure, and respectful environment at Council Meetings, all attendees are now required to register in advance to book a seat in the chamber. This process ensures a fair and transparent system for managing attendance and allows us to accommodate participants in an organised and equitable manner.

The capacity of the Council Chamber is limited to 45 people, and registrations will close once this limit is reached. For those who still wish to attend in person after the chamber is at full capacity, additional meeting rooms in the Rosebud Office will be opened, where a live stream of the meeting will be available.

Registration enables us to plan effectively for each meeting, manage space efficiently, and maintain a comfortable and orderly environment. This approach helps prevent overcrowding and supports a more inclusive and respectful experience for all attendees.
