To help maintain a safe, secure, and respectful environment at Council Meetings, all attendees are now required to register in advance to book a seat in the chamber.
The aim of public question time is to provide an opportunity for the public to ask general questions at Council Meetings requiring routine responses.
The following is a description of the different formal meeting types of Council and Committees.
Council’s Governance Rules requires a Conflict of Interest Register to be available on the website showing disclosures of conflicts of interest by Councillors and Members of Delegated Committees.
