The Golden Age - an Australian Play by Louis Nowra

Golden-Age-Road-Sign

This haunting play was inspired by the true story of a group of people who were discovered in the wilds of Tasmania in 1939, isolated from society for four generations. Their return to civilization, at a time of political and social turmoil - the beginning of World War II, has disastrous consequences for them and those around them.

Please note this play is not suitable for children, containing violence, death, sexual scenes.

Our venue is wheelchair friendly and priority wheelchair seating is available by pre-arrangement.
