The Maternal and Child Health Service provides FREE parent information/ sleep & settling sessions for the following age groups:

• Newborn to 6 months
• 6 months to 12 months
• 12 months and over

We offer parent information/ sleep & settling sessions at the Dromana Maternal and Child Health Centres.

These FREE sessions provide information appropriate to your family’s needs and the child’s developmental age, including:

• Child's development
• Promoting healthy sleep
• Nutrition
• Safety
• Self-care
