Trim Your Bin Program

As businesses globally strive to be more eco-friendly, Mornington Peninsula Shire, Frankston City Council, and the City of Casey are proud to announce the Trim Your Bin program - an innovative, regional approach to addressing circularity in the commercial sector.

Mornington Peninsula businesses can join this free program which will support them to reduce waste, improving recycling outcomes, and learn about circular economy solutions. Businesses can reduce their waste, save time and money, and receive free support to improve their environmental performance.

How does it work?

With the support of expert industry assessors, selected businesses will get an onsite waste assessment, a tailored action plan, expert consultant guidance and support and a follow up waste assessment and report.

Who is eligible?

It doesn’t matter what your business does, or what size it is. If you’re a registered business from Mornington Peninsula and you’ve got waste, this program is for you!

When will it happen?

Trim Your Bin is set to run in April to June in 2026 and is designed to empower local businesses to reduce waste and improve their environmental performance.
