Food Truck Permits

We offer food truck permits at 11 fixed locations, as well as four Residential Roaming Permits. Food truck permits start 1 May annually, with 50 per cent of permit fees required to be paid on this date, followed by the remaining fee payable before 31 August. Current permits are for three years from 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2026. 

Over winter, winter permits are additionally available at three locations. These permits will run from 1 May – 30 September annually.

Residential roaming permits allow one van within each of the four designated areas. These can be any food truck that is wanting to roam within the Shire, such as ice-cream or coffee vans.
