International Women's Day Festival Australia

Wednesday 8 March 2023 marks 112 years since the first International Women's Day (IWD). The Pig & Whistle are extremely proud to be hosting its third International Women’s Day event on 4 March 2023.

After the incredible positivity and inspiration that emanated from their previous Women's Day events in 2021 and 2022, The Pig & Whistle IWD festival is coming back with a line-up of breathtaking talent, creativity and game-changing movers and shakers from the Mornington Peninsula community and beyond.

Our world has been faced with many challenges. However, with challenges comes change. A world where we choose to learn from one another, grow and remain alert to our ever-evolving environment, is a world the team at The Pig & Whistle strives to create and live in. Come and celebrate women's achievements and raise awareness against bias and push for equality.>/p>

Location

Intended for people from all diverse levels of society and for all gender identities to attend, this festival will help continue to break down aged-old gender constructions and discriminative bias in our community by providing a fun-filled and safe day for everyone.
