2025 Comedy by the Bay

During the 2025 Dementia Action Week, and based on the success of the event in 2024, the Point Nepean Men's Shed will be partnering "Comedy for a Cause" in providing a night of comic theatre-style entertainment. 3 professional comedians will bring quality stand up comedy during the evening.

All proceeds from the evening will be handed to the management of the Umbrella Dementia Cafes to support families living with dementia here on the Southern Peninsula.

The Cafes are currently supporting families in Sorrento and Rosebud, both have waiting lists. A new Cafe is planned at Rye and other options are being investigated.
