Who is this workshop for

This workshop is for business owners or individuals that are tasked with managing their organisation’s social media accounts.

We will be covering the basics so this workshop is primarily for people with little to no experience or those that want a refresher.

What you’ll learn in this workshop

An overall summary of social media, the various channels, and how each can potentially help your business in different and unique ways

• Understanding your social media objectives
• The basics of content creation for social media
• The basics of reporting and understanding your social media data

What to bring

We will supply water, tea and coffee. Please note, we only have plant-based milks available on-site.

Please bring a pen and paper, as well as the device you plan to use when managing your organisation’s social media.

What you need to know

We are keeping this class size small with a maximum capacity of 7 people.

This workshop will run at the Oraco office in Mornington. Please note, we have dogs on site at times. With this in mind, we ask that you wait downstairs upon arrival. One of our friendly team members will then come and take you to the boardroom.
