Mount Eliza: Emil Madsen Reserve - West Pavilion (Detailed Design)

Design is being undertaken to develop a new sporting pavilion to cater to the Football Netball Club, Junior Football Club and Cricket Club.

The development of a new West Pavilion will provide a new home base for these clubs and will replace the existing facilities that have poor accessibility, no unisex change facilities and limited gathering spaces. Locating the building centrally between the main playing and training facilities for these clubs will also enable greater access to all users.

Project Timeline:

  • December 2024 – June 2025 Finalise concept design
  • July 2025 – November 2025 Engage consultant to do the detailed design
  • December 2025 – May 2026 Detailed design 

Following completion of the design, funding opportunities will be investigated to progress the project through to construction.
