The Mornington Peninsula Visitor Information Centre in Dromana is the hub for all visitor servicing activities.

The Visitor Services Ambassador Volunteer is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to all customers, visitors, tourism businesses and the local community. The Visitor Information Centre is currently looking for volunteers who are available on a Saturday for 3hrs (10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm).

What will I be doing in this volunteer role?

Tourism volunteers provide exceptional customer service to visitors and residents using the Centre (in-person, phone and email), provide advice on local tourism products and experiences. Our volunteers help customers plan their visit, assist with general administration, record statistics, and contribute to other tourism team projects.
