Youth Theatre Project

Peninsula Community Legal Centre and Red Stitch Theatre will present the premiere of their Youth Theatre Project, an interactive school play about legal rights in teenage relationships.

The performance will be held at the George Jenkins Theatre, Monash University Peninsula Campus, and will bring together 400+ community members, including young people, educators, family violence and other frontline workers, and local leaders.

As part of this premiere event, we’re planning:

Pre-show drinks & networking,
Welcome speeches,
Premiere performance
A reflective panel discussion post-show.

This premiere will be a key event in the region’s 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence and sets the stage for the school rollout and long-term impact of the project.
