Are you ready to begin 2026 feeling calmer, more grounded, and gently supported by nature?

Join me for a 4-week Forest Bathing Wellbeing Program—a simple, nourishing way to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Inspired from the Japanese practice Shinrin-yoku meaning bathing your senses in nature. Think sight, sound, touch, taste, feel.

Many women tell me they leave each walk feeling serene and quietly uplifted… even when life feels messy. A sense that life is good, that they’re not alone, and that nature has their back.

How it works

• Arrive at 8.45am for a 9.00am start
• Finish at 10.15am (I promise—we finish on time
• Each week includes a gentle guided sensory walk with a different nature connection invitation
• We close with a calming tea ceremony

If you miss a session

Life happens. You’re welcome to:
• Pay your session forward and gift it to someone else, or
• Attend the session at the alternate location that week

What’s included

• 4 weeks for just $99
• A 15-minute one-on-one call with me to support how you want to feel this year (yes, I’m also a Focus on Living Coach)
• Access to short online forest bathing practices (5–20 minutes) to keep the calm flowing between sessions

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. Some women gift this experience to a friend who could use a little extra feeling-good in their life.

Places are limited to 10 women per group to keep it intimate and supportive.
