Empowered voices inspiring stories for Refugee Week

Celebrate Refugee Week through young voices. We’ll be joined by two guest speakers from Multicultural Youth Centre who will discuss topics of migrating to Australia and challenges of being from a different country.

We want to amplify the voices of young refugees and celebrate their remarkable stories. Refugee Week is a unique opportunity for us all to experience and celebrate the rich diversity of refugee communities through storytelling.

This year’s theme for Refugee Week is finding freedom. Freedom means to live without the fear of war, to have your basic human rights upheld, to live in equality and without the fear of persecution.
