Food Truck Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework for the operation and management of food trucks within the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
This Policy applies to all businesses and individuals who wish to operate a food truck for the sale of food (fresh or cooked) and/or drink on designated public land.
This policy does not apply to food trucks on private land, markets, events or festivals.
