The Shire hereby gives notice under Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to enter into a lease with Advance College of Education Incorporated on the proposed lease terms outlined below:
- Demised Premises: 1973 Frankston Flinders Road, Hastings
- Permitted Use: Education & Training purposes
- Term: Twenty-One (21) years
- Outgoings: Rates, Taxes, Utility services, building and contents insurances be payable by the tenant;
- Repairs and Maintenance: All building maintenance and repairs shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
A submission must:
- be in writing to the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, Private Bag 1000, Rosebud, 3939 or via email Property@mornpen.vic.gov.au.
- be received by Monday 16 June 2025.
