Online Rates Notices (eNotices)

Already signed up for eNotices?

Your (tip) waste vouchers are on your emailed Rates Notice. You can:

  • print off your annual notice (vouchers found just above the payment section) or
  • show your Rates notice on your mobile phone for scanning. 

Sign-up to get your rates notice by email

You can only sign-up to receive your rates notice electronically, if you have a rates notice in your name. 

If you are a new property owner, your rates notice will be sent out next July / August, ahead of the first instalment payment date.  It will include all the details you will need to sign-up and receive electronic notices.

To register to receive your notices electronically, you will require a Rates or Animal notice that has your eNotice reference number located on the front of the notice.

What about my tip vouchers?

The waste vouchers are on your Annual Rates & Valuation Notice. Please print off your annual notice (vouchers found just above the payment section) and present them at the Waste Depot for scanning, or alternatively, bring up your Rates Notice on your smart phone for scanning. 

Can I pay by instalments or in full using eNotices?

No. eNotices is a portal for your notices. You will need to use one of the payment options listed on your Rates Notice. Learn more about rate payments and dates.

When should I expect to receive my instalment notices?

Three weeks before the payment due date.

When should I expect to receive my annual rates notice?

Mid-August.

What is Bpay View?

BPAY View lets you receive, store and pay your bills all within your online banking, please refer to your bank or financial institution. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference detailed on the front of your rates notice.

To get started, you will need a previous Rates Notice so that you can enter your name exactly as it appears on the Rate Notice and the Property Number. 

Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive a confirmation email.
