Join volunteers from Shoreham Friends Group at a Shire-supported working bee at Shoreham Bushland and Roadside Reserves, Shoreham.
At working bees, volunteers can get involved in a range of activities to help protect biodiversity in their local bushland or foreshore reserve. Our friendly support staff will be there to provide guidance, training, tools and equipment. No experience needed.
Please wear sturdy shoes with a closed toe (no thongs or sandals please!), long pants, long sleeves and a hat. Bring along a water bottle.
Please note, working bees may be cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, including on Total Fire Ban days, during extreme weather events, or when they occur on a Public Holiday.
The meeting location changes each working bee, we recommend getting in touch with the group to confirm the location before attending the first time.
