Sauna Infusion is a 45 minute guided heat therapy workshop that demonstrates the power of sauna bathing.
Sauna bathing is an ancient tradition gaining global popularity as a lifestyle practice, designed to rejuvenate and invigorate body and mind. Sauna and cold plunge are heat/cold contrast therapies with many health and longevity benefits. Helping to reduce stress and inflammation in the body over time, enhancing immune function and providing deep relaxation effects.
Taking place in the Fire and Ice area of our Bath House, begin with heat therapy in our traditional dry sauna before cooling down in the cold plunge pool. After a moment of breathwork and meditation, enter the wet sauna with steam infused with essential oils to stimulate the senses. The use of Vihtas (Finnish whisks) made from native Sheoak is encouraged to promote blood circulation and muscle relaxation. To finish, rest and reset.
