Stage 5 – Planning panel
An independent planning panel reviews submissions and prepares a report for Council
Stage 6 – Council decision
Council considers the panel’s report and decides whether to adopt the amendment (with or without changes)
Stage 7 – Ministerial decision
The Minister for Planning decides whether to approve the amendment
