About Tony Lee - Co-owner and winemaker at Foxeys Hangout

Tony Lee, winemaker and co-founder of Foxeys Hangout, crafts wines of elegance and character that express the terroir of Red Hill. His journey began with work experience in the Yarra Valley, followed by winemaking studies and a chef’s qualification.
Since 2002, Tony has championed sustainable practices, managing Foxeys’ key vineyards biodynamically and achieving organic certification. Known for his belief in “the more we get right in the vineyard, the less we do in the winery,” Tony’s wines have earned numerous accolades, reflecting his dedication to natural winemaking.
