Restorative Sound Bath Session (90 minutes)

Whether this is your first sound bath or a familiar ritual, this event is for everyone. Immerse yourself in the soothing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls and melodic mantra. Angel's restorative chakra-clearing sound bath gently clears stagnant energy, aligning your body and soul with the vibrant life-force energy, so that you feel grounded, nourished and recharged.

Join Angel on the second Sunday of March 9 at tribe six for a 90-minute relaxing guided sound healing experience.

The session will include:

Setting the intention of the night, a quiet moment as we uncover the surrounding energies of the world, how we are affected by it and how we can show up for ourselves.
A sensory experience, feel enveloped by the symphony or singing bowls, mantra and gentle rain as Angel guides you through the seven chakras.
A gentle re-immersion back into the physical, you are welcome to stay for a warm cup of tea with us.
All equipment is provided (including yoga mat, bolster & blanket), just bring your lovely self and any additions to feel extra cosy.
