This project aims to support this community looking for mindfulness and creative outlets to creative Art work and exhibit Artwork with the community and for the community. It supports low income, reduces isolation, rebuilds connections to community and like-minded creatives.
Engaging with creating Art has been demonstrated and documented to have beneficial effects on health and wellbeing on all whom attended, their families and the wider community.
