The support from local producers, agriculture, schools and community groups has made this a growing event. Our Mornington Peninsula producers are the focus of celebrations and the Mornington Peninsula Paddock is full with gourmet food and 5-star producers. Did you know that Tuerong had a wheat farm? Or that Red Hill was prime truffle-growing terrain?
The program is jam-packed full of exhibits, demonstrations, workshops, music and rides. Once you enter the showgrounds, all the pavilions, entertainment and nearly all the kids' rides are free.
The woodchop grandstands are packed to the rafters with some of Victoria's best while our Cider Show, now the second largest in the country, is both informative and offers a chance to taste some of Australia's best ciders.
