Flinders Beach A white sandy beach contrasted by the nearby basalt cliffs and rugged coast beyond. Diving and snorkeling are popular activities on the subtidal reefs but take care of strong currents on this unpatrolled beach. This popular beach is easily accessible from a car park off Golf Links Road, Flinders.
Flinders Blowhole Flinders Blowhole is located along Flinders coastline overlooking the open ocean from a small lookout perched high on a headland above the rock shore. A short steep track with numerous steps makes it way down from the carpark to the exposed shoreline. Although beautiful, Flinders Blowhole is a dangerous for swimming beach with unpredictable rips, strong currents, rocky reefs, and large waves.
Flinders Golf Club Perched high on the cliff tops, views across Western Port to Phillip Island and the rugged Bass Strait coastline provide a stunning panorama when you are strolling the fairways of this unique golf course. At over 120 years old, Flinders Golf Club offers top playing conditions, and is a must for golf enthusiasts.
Flinders Truffles At Flinders Truffle Farm, we invite you to experience the magic of fresh truffles—unearthed with care, enjoyed to the fullest. Set amidst the rolling hills of the Mornington Peninsula, our farmgate is a place to indulge in rich, truffle-infused delicacies and connect with the land that nurtures these rare treasures. Note - we are a seasonal business (generally June to August).
Mushroom Reef Marine Sanctuary Mushroom Reef is a special spot for marine discovery. The sea withdraws at low tide to expose a huge mushroom-shaped ‘platform’. Take a wander along the sands at Flinders Ocean Beach. Try beachcombing and climb up to the lookout for sweeping sea views. Remember to take only photographs and memories: collecting shells and marine life from the sanctuary is not allowed.Image: Museum Victoria
