The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council (Council) hereby gives notice, in accordance with section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020, that it is considering a proposal to sell Council-owned land (the Land) at the rear of 71-75 High Street, Hastings as shown highlighted in green on the plan below.
Council is proposing to sell this land to the adjoining owners in accordance with the Council's Disposal of Property Deemed Excess and/or Inappropriate Policy at market value as determined by an independent valuer.
