Notice of intention to enter into a lease with Telstra Pty Ltd

The Shire hereby gives notice under Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) of its intention to enter into a lease with Telstra Pty Ltd on the proposed lease terms outlined below:

  • Demised Premises: 515 Nepean Highway, Mount Martha 3934
  • Permitted Use: Equipment Shelter
  • Term: Four (4) years
  • Leased Area: 30m2
  • Outgoings: Rates, Taxes, Utility services, building and contents insurances be payable by the tenant;
  • Repairs and Maintenance: All building maintenance and repairs shall be the responsibility of the tenant.

A submission must:

  • be in writing to the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, Private Bag 1000, Rosebud, 3939 or via email Property@mornpen.vic.gov.au.
  • be received by Monday 16 June 2025.

Submissions received, including the name of the submitter, may be published on Council’s website and may form part of the public record of the relevant Council and Committee meetings.
