LIAISE is a Skills Development and Community Integration Program for Adults with an Acquired Brain Injury. Provide short to medium term assistance (maximum 18 months) and work, with clients flexibly to assess needs and develop care plans to assist clients achieve their goals. Services include assessment, planning, information and referral to promote independence, access and connection into community services and activities.
