Ebony Flett’s journey from making candles in her spare bedroom to founding Red Hill Candle Co. is a testament to passion and perseverance. What began as a small venture has evolved into a sensory destination in the Dromana Industrial Estate. Visitors can explore an array of beautifully crafted artisan candles or participate in hands-on workshops that blend creativity with the calming power of fragrance.

Sisters Mardi-Claire, Demeter, and Sheryn Mock continue their family’s fifth-generation legacy at Mock Red Hill, a biodynamic apple orchard in the hinterland. With a dedication to sustainable farming, they produce fresh fruit, cider, apple cider vinegar and other sweet treats, while inviting visitors to experience the orchard firsthand at their Farmgate Store and Cider Lounge.
