We are expecting a larger attendance than usual at tonight’s meeting and have made the following arrangements to ensure safety for attendees.
The Council Chamber has a public audience capacity of 45 people. Access to this space is on a first-come basis.
To accommodate any overflow, the meeting will be livestreamed to meeting rooms 1 and 2, just outside the chamber. The capacity for this combined space is 50. The main doors will be closed if capacity is reached.
All Council meetings are live streamed via our YouTube channel.

Doors open at 6pm, attendees will be asked to wait outside prior to this.
Public questions can be submitted in person on the night no later than 6:15pm.
